Shipping & Returns

Our Ninjas are hard at work in the fulfillment center. They ship all of the orders Monday through Friday, 9am-1pm EST. Any orders placed after 11am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from your purchase, *excluding Uniforms.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

Currently we only ship within North America.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Uniforms

For NinjaZone uniforms, one of the reasons we don't offer exchanges is because it would cost you too much to ship it back and forth. If you're needing to update your size, your best approach is to see if your local gym has any on hand to exchange.
