To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For NinjaZone uniforms, one of the reasons we don't offer exchanges is because it would cost you too much to ship it back and forth. If you're needing to update your size, your best approach is to see if your local gym has any on hand to maybe switch out.
